Furnished Living is designed specifically for older adults to help them live comfortably and safely. Our Independence Bed (patented), and Illuminating Night Table incorporate elegant components that make it easier to get in and out of bed and safer to make night-time trips to the bathroom. The Supply Cabinet provides enough space to discreetly store - and secure - bathroom necessities as well as cleaning supplies. Our Engagement Center is an activity center which encourages interactions for each resident while fostering a connection with staff or visiting family members.

Bucove and Rosemary Bakker, gerontologist and interior designer, created the Bed, Supply Cabinet, Engagement Center and Illuminating Night Table based on their own experiences of caregiving for family members. Furnished Living works closely with architects, designers and care community companies to ensure that our evidence-based designs meet the best practices and highest standards in each community. Clients include non-profit organizations and continuous care companies.
